Questions to ask the nurse

I found this list in my pocket. It's been there simce I saw the nurse the other day.

• When was my HbA1c and what was the reading?
• What was my blood pressure when I was prescribed ramipril?
• Do I need to wait till my meds have settled down before having a retinal scan?
• Do I need (can I have) a sharps box?

I did not get the list out of my pocket and I asked none of the questions.
